It's mix down time. After a few rounds of trying some mix downs in Ableton I am going to try a return to Logic and see how it feels.

This one is a on the subtle side but it can certainly be used to great effect when deployed in the right moments. Sidechaining is a great tool to help elements stand out in the mix but sometimes you don't want such a dramatic effect. This lets you deal with the specific problem frequencies like a surgeon.
It's mix down time gang. For the first time in my life I am going to mix down a track in Ableton instead of Logic. On top of that I am also only going to use the Ableton stock plugins. Drums are done and it's on to bass and synths today. Looking forward to it :D
